We have implemented a 14-day refund policy for your peace of mind. If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly refund your purchase. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and its original condition.

Please note that our 14-day refund policy does not cover the following.

• A product that was returned previously (a product from the same order)

• Used items or items that are not in their original condition and their original packaging.

Product Returns

We gladly accept product returns as long as they meet the criteria outlined in our Return Policy. It's important to note that Basil and Caesar. do not cover the cost of return shipping.
